Jet Refined LLC ("we") operates jetrefined.com. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us or request a quote, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit a service request we collect the information you give us: your name, role, email, phone, company, and details about the aircraft including make and model, tail number where you choose to provide it, airport, FBO or hangar, the service you need, your deadline, and any notes about condition.

Our site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not set advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request, scope and quote the work, coordinate access with your FBO or hangar, perform the service, and maintain a service history for aircraft we work on repeatedly. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Aircraft confidentiality

Business aviation treats tail numbers, owner identities, schedules and aircraft photographs as confidential, and so do we. Tail numbers are never placed in a web address or query string. We do not publish photographs of client aircraft, name clients, or discuss one client with another without written permission.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become work are retained for up to 24 months. Records for aircraft we have serviced are retained as part of that service history so we can reference prior condition and materials used. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. We do not send marketing texts, and any email we send has an unsubscribe option.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Submitted requests reach a monitored business system rather than a public inbox. We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date above.
