Aircraft detailed by Jet Refined in Metro Atlanta

How it works

Request to handover,
with nothing improvised.

Six steps, the same every time. You know what was agreed, who is doing it, and what condition the aircraft was in before we touched it.

  1. 01

    Request

Tell us the tail, the airport, the service and the deadline. Photographs help but are not required. Urgent requests route straight to dispatch rather than into a queue.

  2. 02

    Assessment & scope

We confirm what the aircraft actually needs, what it does not, and what genuinely fits your window. If the window is too short to do something properly, we say so before you commit.

  3. 03

    Written quote

A quote against a written scope, with exclusions stated plainly. No line items appear on the invoice that were not on the quote.

  4. 04

    Coordination

We coordinate access with your FBO, hangar or crew, and sequence around fuelling, catering and maintenance so we are not another thing to manage.

  5. 05

    Execution

A named crew lead owns the aircraft from start to handover. Condition is documented as we go, not reconstructed afterwards.

  6. 06

    Handover

Walkthrough with your crew before we leave, covers and masking accounted for, condition report delivered. Anything we noticed that warrants attention is flagged.

Next departure

Tell us the tail, the airport
and the deadline.

We come back with a scope and a straight answer on what your aircraft needs — and what it does not.
