Aircraft detailed by Jet Refined in Metro Atlanta

Service

AOG & Rush Dispatch

Departures move. We work around fuelling, catering and flight preparation without becoming another thing the crew has to manage.

Schedules move forward, passengers arrive early, and something gets spilled at the worst possible moment. What matters then is not how good the detail is — it is whether the vendor picks up, gives you a straight answer about what is achievable in the window, and stays out of the way of everyone else working the turn.

What the scope includes

  • 24/7 dispatch for moved departures and after-hours turns
  • Works alongside fuel, catering and crew without adding coordination load
  • Emergency contamination and biological event response
  • Away-from-base coordination through the FBO
  • A straight answer on what fits the window before we commit — not after
  • Scoped to the highest-visibility surfaces first if the schedule moves again

Not included

We will tell you when a window is too short to do something properly. A rushed job that has to be redone helps nobody.

An executive departure was moved forward unexpectedly. They arrived promptly and completed the work without interfering with fuelling, catering or flight preparation. The aircraft was ready on time and looked impeccable.

FAQ

AOG & Rush Dispatch — questions we get

How quickly can you get to the aircraft?

Within Metro Atlanta, typically same-day and often within a few hours depending on crew position and the airport. Call dispatch and you will get a real answer, not a maybe.

Do you charge more for after-hours work?

After-hours and rush work carries a mobilisation premium because it means calling a crew in. We quote it up front so there is no surprise on the invoice.

What counts as an emergency?

Biological events, fuel or hydraulic contamination in the cabin, catering spills before a passenger trip, and moved departures. If you are not sure, call.
