Wheel wells, gear legs, belly and exhaust tracking — the areas that quietly make an otherwise clean aircraft look neglected.
Nobody photographs the belly, which is exactly why it gets skipped. It is also the first place a pre-buy inspector, an appraiser or a serious buyer looks, because it is where neglect shows first and hides longest.
What the scope includes
- Wheel wells, gear legs, doors and actuating mechanisms
- Belly and lower fuselage, including hydraulic and exhaust tracking
- Exhaust staining along nacelles and aft fuselage
- Door jambs, sill edges and steps
- Aviation-appropriate degreasers only — nothing that attacks seals or fittings
- Condition noted and photographed where something looks worth your attention
Not included
We clean; we do not inspect for airworthiness. If we see something that looks like it needs a mechanic, we photograph it and tell you.
As an owner-pilot I notice every mark. They did not overlook the areas that usually frustrate me — the belly, wheel wells, door edges, fuel areas and bug residue on the leading surfaces.

Is degreasing safe around seals and fittings?
With aviation-appropriate products, yes. The risk is from aggressive automotive or industrial degreasers that attack seals, bushings and plating. We do not use them.
Can exhaust staining be removed completely?
Usually a very substantial improvement. Long-standing staining that has etched into the finish may not come back entirely, and we will tell you that before we start rather than overpromise.
